Description
2. 消息發布：以簡訊推播方式，提供民眾第一手輔具新知、研習、活動或相關法規等訊息，讓民眾可隨時掌握輔具中心最新輔具快訊。
3. 衛教園地：以圖文及動態影音方式，介紹輔具中心各類型輔具，個案可依功能需求查詢所需輔具類型，並可立即與輔具中心人員即時通訊。
4. 報修系統：以表單及拍攝輔具方式，提供使用者回報輔具現況(故障、損壞等)，以利中心人員提供精準且快速的輔具故障排除及維修備料服務，免除病患舟車勞頓或到院等待時間。
5. 討論專區：留言板可提供使用者線上諮詢輔具維修現況。
6. 與我聯絡：使用者以簡訊、e-mail及電話直撥方式，即時與輔具中心人員聯絡，充分了解個案需求，並快速提供必要協助。
7. 網頁連結：輔具相關資源連結。
