1 ★ Couldn't even open the app due to the "mobile phone connection is required" message on app-open; I had both working WiFi and mobile data. Others in my party with iPhones didn't have any problems - seems like poor Android development.
1 ★ Dont buy the London Pass if you have a large group. you'll never get your money's worth. Terrible app. When it worked it was okay. Buggy, glitches, freezes, and just generally needs actual memory management. Get paper tickets and a paper guidebook.
1 ★ Impossible to get your money's worth. Do not purchase the London Pass. There are very few sites that allow you to "cut the line". App itself is very buggy and crashes regularly.
4 ★ Great app. More advanced search and filtering would be great though. For example only searching for museums without setting interests globally or filtering by opening times when it's getting late.
1 ★ This app doesn't open. I just purchased a $200 pass with dining guide and I can't use it! Please fix the bug that keeps crashing the app on Android phones!
1 ★ London Pass card number will not sync with app. The app freezes up every time. Worthless app. I hope the card works when I get to London.
2 ★ Buy the tickets on the site (look for codes) Install app and use the details provided (be patient) Screenshot the tickets (the app WILL crash) Don't rely on the map on the app, use Google maps or City Mapper instead.
1 ★ Unfortunately I had to install it, being the only official app for the London pass. It just keeps crushing preventing you from reading anything.
5 ★ Very good app. No cracks or bugs reported. The London Pass is worth the money but try to get a 7 or 10 day pass so you have time to do all the best London atractions.

1 ★ Can not sync physical Card pass number. Just freezes..Thank goodness I have a physical card and not having to rely on viewing through app..

1 ★ Junk. Some of the attractions are kilometers away from their actual place. example: HMS Belfast is 1.6 miles away from its actual location.
