2 ★ The map is missing. Only the routes can be seen without geographical layers

4 ★ Useful for tracking a bus, whether waiting at the stop or following your progress. It's not so good for planning a trip since it does not give A-to-B directions, so don't let it replace your maps app of choice, but it is a good supplement. The map only displays the bus stops nearby instead of all along the route, and the Stop Codes are not displayed within the app, but if these two issues were addressed in a future update I would give it 5 stars.

3 ★ The app works and relays information correctly but when I go into the map, it's background is empty. Just a grayish beige background while showing opposing lanes, my and bus' location along those lines.

3 ★ I cannot see the map at all, it's not loading anymore.. Only shows the busses

4 ★ Older version seemed better. This one has less than stellar interface. Confusing as to which way the bus is traveling relative to your stop.

1 ★ This app is not practical The Bus Time app included in your Weekender is 100% easier and faster to use. Showing the bus route in a list and the bus icon next to the stops where the bus is at, is all we need to quickly at night, especially for elderly, or those who don't like to read figure out when to expect the bus. This app requires that we specify a specific stop, that is not needed, unless, if it that is just for MTA to get more information about the users.

3 ★ The time is not accurate and sometimes delayed! It needs so much improvement!😦☹😢

3 ★ Maps missed, often disappear from app, can't pinpoint exact busses location

3 ★ I mainly use this app for the express buses. The app is only correct on the weekdays, and not all the time. On the weekends, a lot of the time it will say "1 stop away" or "approaching stop" and ther is no bus in site.

1 ★ This app is jankie at best. The buses are invisible sometimes. They well pass you, but the map says its arriving.

3 ★ Its a good app but i have one little issue, please reply i need help, anytime i try to track an N bus such as N4,N6 or N22A,N22,N24 or N26 it says no results please fix this problem. Or tell me an app that will help.

1 ★ Worked fine until latest update. Now only requests location in "low power mode", despite system default being "high accuracy mode", and does not recognize that location services are active at all. Xperia z4 android 6.0

1 ★ The ETA was almost always inaccurate!!!!

1 ★ Map stopped working, update day's bug fixed🤡 uninstalled 4x still no map very dissapointing 😕 was a good app👎 will uninstall again and just use Google maps

4 ★ alot of times " we are not tracking buses at this time " shows up and once a month I refresh the app by turning it off then download it (again) later on
