Description

Designed with you in mind, the WE Connect customer portal app puts control in your hands through enhanced management and service configuration options. Use the WE Connect app to access your accounts through a secure, single sign-on interface that responds in real time and allows Windstream Enterprise customers to:
• View and pay bills
• Track orders
• Create, update and track support tickets
• Repoint Toll-Free numbers
• Set notification preferences
• Monitor network status, including the operation of SD-WAN EDGE devices
• Access the Windstream Enterprise online community
• Utilize OfficeSuite UC services including voice, video and instant messaging

Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an application to change the Z-order of tasks.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ Softphone functionality is broken and utterly worthless. Will constantly sign you out, say you are out of seats, and keep ringing long after calls have ended until you terminate the app. Also takes over the proximity sensor so that as long as you have the app running in the background, moving your finger over part of your screen will black out the entire display.

1 ★ Maybe the worst app I have ever used. Calls come in when I am logged out, calls may or may not come in when I am logged in. It is terrible in a car/bluetooth situation. Trying to figure out how to do anything is near impossible as there is so much information you have to wade through to even get to the keypad. I dont know who created this but it was definitely not anyone who uses it!

1 ★ Does not work most days. I use it as an office phone while I'm at home. Won't let me answer/decline calls WHEN it notifies me someone is calling. No option to hang up on someone on hold, the app will hang up on everyone but leave the person on hold without you knowing. Frustrating frustrating app. Def prefer the old buggy app to this buggy one.

1 ★ Nothing at Windstream ever works. Ever! You have to login with two different apps to use the soft phone. 90% of the time it doesn't recognize that it's supposed to be doing something. You can't turn on the soft phone. It's so sucks it's hard to describe. But then every once in a while it does work. I run a business. I probably lose less business using carrier pigeons.

1 ★ Horrible app. It periodically goes offline, so I wind up missing calls from my colleagues and customers. I often get the "your system administrator needed to make a change, " and the app will restart. Bluetooth often does not work and will not connect when I get a calls, but yet it works when people call my cell number.

1 ★ Multiple dropped calls. Most of the time I'm not able to access my voicemail. No longer able to dial 500 to get to my voicemail options. Incoming calls do not open my lock screen so I have to unlock, open the app, then accept the call. This app makes it extremely difficult to do my job. I am very disappointed by these updates.

1 ★ App keeps crashing. Now, I can't make or receive calls, and that will hinder my ability to do my job. It worked prior to the latest update.

1 ★ This app makes no sense to me. How do I even get to my bill???? All there are is options for contacts and coworkers? And everything pops up saying error anyway. There's even a dialpad for calls and a voicemail box??? I just want to pay my Internet bill. What is this????

2 ★ Poor quality calls. Update putting a star back because they finally updated it to work with Android 14.

1 ★ Soft phone stopped working with Android 14 update. Click on the icon to enable soft phone causes app to minimize.

1 ★ It never works, as a work phone extension totally useless.. Periodically it may receive a call but has only called out twice. The phone dials out but never ever connects. Using a Samsung Note 9 and high speed internet

1 ★ This thing has a mind of its own. One minute the calls go through and then it doesn't. I've had to switch on the soft phone function one too many times. The interface is not friendly to users who are not familiar with menu navigation. Rebuild it from the ground up

1 ★ Garbage. Most annoying part is how one call triggers your proximity sensor even without answering, then never releases it and your screen doesn't stop blacking out on you when close. (Super duper annoying) I won't even get into the dropped calls.

1 ★ This app is absolute garbage!!!! ...cant pay your bill using it, no option to do it and when i try to do it online it makes you switch to the app. Just a huge aggravation and waste of time. And ofcourse nobody replies to any comment on here. Even when I called and told them there app is worthless, they had zero response.

1 ★ Windstream is a horrible company. Oh, let's just randomly invalidate random users' mysoftphone credentials and not let anyone know about it. Now finally we get an email saying mysoftphone is going offline June 1st. On top of that, windstream services have an issue pretty much every week and their support is TERRIBLE! You guys suck, we're changing providers after the contract ends. Not sure how you can stay in business if you keep running it like this. June 2022 update: the app is still trash.
