Smart Regulation: the Smart Radiator Valves analyse the room environment in real time and adjust heating according to sunshine level and room use.
Manual Boost: when needed, the temperature can be temporarily raised in a specific room.
SMART HEATING FOR BETTER HOME COMFORT
Auto-Adapt function: uses your home’s insulation and the outdoor temperature to programme when your heating should switch on.
Open Window Detection: when the Smart Radiator Valve detects a window is open, it temporarily switches off the heating in the room to prevent energy waste.

1 ★ Changed modem so have entered new password but app won't work!! Doesn't connect with system!

4 ★ Edit: After "factory reset" and complete re-install of the product, it's working fine again: accurate and stable temperature inside the room. One thing I still don't like is the true temp setting. If you add an offset to match another termometer, once its applied you cannot see anymore the offset you applied in case you want to remove it some days later.
1 ★ With only the thermostats it works fine and I was happy with product and app. After adding some valves the system sometimes goes berserk. Even after putting all temperatures for all rooms to a very low value.. it still keeps heating. So I asked customer support for a ticket so i can return the valves.. I'm waiting now for 8 days for a reaction on that (other than: we have received your request). Please netatmo.. Improve customer support and improve app when dealing with thermostat + valve!

1 ★ After doing an app update it only works reliably on wifi (ie on LAN). When using phone data remotely, the first connection (after turning off wifi) works (ie alters relay), but on subsequent attempts it often says that it cannot connect to the relay... The fault is intermittant but & happens more often than not and sometimes impossible to reconnect until conntcting on LAN at.least once. Present since applying Nov update and does not relate to phone signal, etc. Came back to a cold house.
1 ★ Total rubbish. Moved into a house and can't connect to the device. Been through the set up process numerous times and still nothing. Have contacted support several times and not had a reply. I cant control my heating at all. Very disappointed. Leaving this review in the hope that they see it and get in touch.
4 ★ It is a really nice app and the whole system work nice. A great addition would be if you guys woudl add the outside temperature tracking along with the inside temp. so users could see how outside temperature changes heating demands.
4 ★ I have the thermostat and it's really convenient for controlling house temperature. All can be adapted so easily if the weather or your plans change. I recommend it.
4 ★ The app is great for controlling and monitoring the heating system. However, there are a few suggestions I would like to make: 1. For me, the advanced heating is not working as advertised. It behaves a bit like ±0.2 hysteresis. 2. The radiator valves report the temperature with 0.1 precision, but display it with 0.5 precision. Really, what's the point? Display the real temperature, not an approximation of 0.5. 3. Allow each valve to have the option of open window, or eco/comfort mode.
5 ★ Great app. It might seem confusing at first but once you get used to it you will understand it is very well thought of and everything makes sense. Love it!
2 ★ Been using this for over a year, and found it good. But recently, when you make an override change on the phone for that day, and set the time it will last until, it completely ignores it and does what it wants. Also, it hasn't evolved like others - just does exactly the same thing as it ever did. I've a feeling they will stop developing it and we'll end up with an old app and device (whereas a thermostat should last ten years plus)
5 ★ Exactly what I wanted. The thermostat looks great and works perfect together with 2 additional valves. The Android app is intuitive and easy to setup. It is very convenient to define heating schedules. Also I like the heating graphs and the monthly summary that I receive. All in all it is a great system that seems to fulfill all the requirements that defined it. Great product!
5 ★ Very happy with this system, which adds smart central heating features to our old-fashioned radiator system (Danfoss), which is run from communal a heating source. Easy to install and set up. The system is very effective at regulating heat. The app is well-designed and I love the graphing system for seeing how the heat regulation is working. 4 ★ Just installed it, and it was not as difficult I anticipated. Connected to Google home was easy as well and adding other family members, though they are called guests but can control everything. The strange thing is that it didn't list my energy source which is geothermal water in my case and for most people living in Iceland so I had to go for "I don't know", not a big deal but a strange not to have it on the list, therefore 4 stars.
