2 ★ 就在我剛訂閱3個月會，就一直打不開一直說app已經停止運作了…我是用note 4的…到底怎麼回事？
1 ★ 之前三星用戶試用閱讀時都很正常，付完錢後就無法正常開啟，重新安裝也只有第一次能正常開啟。
2 ★ 突然過期，不以為然，付費1年，但要怎開通? 它問我原裝置的 UDID 要去哪找?

1 ★ 我订阅了超过半年了，软件从来没有更新，功能依然简陋。1.不能批量下载 2.下载过的书依然呈现在图书里，你知道当下载很多书过后还要去书架里看到底那一个书下了那一个没有是有多烦吗？3.很多语言学习课本都有附带mp3,但是你们都没有提供mp3下载。下载的那些课本都等于白费。4.下载后的书没办法自行排列5.下载一本书的时候自动跳去书架，然后还要自己按回去图书从第一页滑下来找是有多烦啊！

3 ★ 刚刚购买了3个月的订阅，大概浏览了，希望能有更多吸引的内容。食谱方面希望能增加一些比较受欢迎的食谱书。希望这3个月内能看到改进，我就会再续费。
1 ★ This version cannot download book.
2 ★ I was very happy to be able to read Chinese books. But later I found out the books in this app are mostly NOT mainstream. It's ok though, you got what you pay for. One thing you do need to pay attention is, when you want to unscribe the service, do go to Google play to do it. I kept cancelling the subscription in the apparently with the 取消訂閱 option, useless. The customer service told me I have to go to playstore. I did. But why would you put that option to mislead your subscribers is a mystery to me.
2 ★ After the last msg I wrote to you in 2014. Nothing has changed, still 1 account for 1 IOS or Android only. I have subscribe 2-3 years but decided to stop after this current plan. Hope one day your application can use on both platform then I subscribe. Thanks

5 ★ At first I couldn't get it to work but the customer service is fast and helpful. Really good app if you like to read chinese books. Now I'm waiting for an android version of MagV (to read magazines in chinese)! PLEASE RELEASE IT SOON :D old comment: I paid for a subscription but even afterwards when i tried to download the books it keeps telling me that I haven't subscribed yet even though I have. SUCKS. please fix. -angry customer
1 ★ good app but don't expect you can read after you paid the subscription ! First you have to figure how to log in most likely you need to contact service.
