Your mobile phone number is your ID and magicJack Connect syncs with your mobile contact list automatically. magicApp phone numbers cannot be used to register.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows applications to access information about networks.

3 ★ Hi Team,I just subscribed to Unlimited US Call Planning. However i am not able to make calls to any of the US numbers and its creating a lot of problem and inconvenience. Can you please look over the issue and resolve at the earliest.
1 ★ Garbage! Do. Not. Get! I live overseas tryin to call home in CA and Its a scam! they try make it sound that u can call to states with just paying 9.99 for unlimited but then tells u need premium to call non app users! A scam and a ripoff of 9.99 i wont get back!
4 ★ Bought the unlimited US calling pland cant make any calls. Please get a fix for me and will update the review. Wasted money when other apps are more effective. This was recommended by a friend. Update. Tech support contacted me and helped me fix the issue. Thanks for the promt follow up, made first call tonstate side number.
1 ★ Worst customer service!! I've been trying to email their support address for over a month and no one ever replied. All negative reviews here are told to email support...figures as they don't reply. Facebook site doesn't work either. Avoid this and their poor service
2 ★ App is not user friendly. Facing a lot of issues. One of the most irritating issue is calls are disconnecting while I am on call. I mailed customer service but no response. Can anyone please suggest me better app to make US calls.
1 ★ The worst. Paid my money all for the stupid app to not realize anything about me. App should not be in use if it's not going to work. Trying to call internationally, no instructions on how to do so. Such an inconvenience when you're trying to get things done. Waste of time
4 ★ Whenever i make a call, it always shows Premium Upgrade and when I hit continue it will show purchased and then nothing. When I try to make a call again, same problem. Please help. My subscription is until 11/7
2 ★ Hi Team, Since you are responding back to the reviews, I have recently downloaded the app from the play store and took a subscription for making Unlimited US phone calls along with a US Phone number. However,I am not able to make any calls to the US numbers. Can you please look into the technical issues at your end and make sure the issue is solved at the earliest.
1 ★ First, let me say that I'll be happy to edit my review once this issue is addressed so I can use the app. I've already emailed support. Installed the app and ran it. It will not allow me to purchase the service I need: US unlimited calling. I wanted to use this app in my business to protect my personal cell number.
1 ★ This app is trash. The connection is spotty. The app is slow and poorly setup. Multi text messages come out of order. With all that said the new problem is that it thinks im in a different country and is ask me to become a premium member to make call even tho my account active till 4/ 2018 and im in the states. Customer service is a bunch of Indian guys that arent helpful. Wast of money. This is a real review. I think some are fake.

1 ★ The app. Is very unstable. The tech. Support is crummy they answer when u get mad ,on other they totally ignore you. Ohh but when renewal comes they are too Swift to collect the money. Hy they are not worth a penny.
5 ★ Wow! Thumbs up to magic jack app. My friend introduced it to me and it has been so good.....affordability, connects anywhere, free call to US..... yeah occasional call drop bcos the internet connection fluctuates. I Love it!!!!
1 ★ It seemed to work OK until I got a new phone. I installed the App on my new phone, linking it through my google account. My phone shows up on the list as being with my account but I am not able to make calls from any of my devices now. I paid for a number and can't use it now. I tried to contact magicJack by phone and email on Aug. 25, and haven't got a response yet. Terrible customer support, I RECOMMEND NOT GETTING THIS APP until they get their support working right. Not much point in paying for something you can't use.
1 ★ Took my money it does not work. Cannot log on does not recognize my email address I used for set up of Magic Jack I have 2 USB magic jacks worked fine but this is bad just when I needed it badly
