Description
Horizon Go turns your device into a TV so you can watch your favourite shows or movies anywhere in the home. You can also watch some channels whilst out of the home, and such content can also be viewed in other EU countries (provided the user has a subscription from a Cable TV provider in the EU). When using a cellular data connection mobile data charges may apply.
Horizon Go includes access to the most watched channels, so your favourite shows, most popular series and our extensive On Demand movies & series library are all here. You can also review the TV guide, see what’s on and set recordings in case you have a qualifying Set Top Box and subscription. You can only watch the content that is part of your subscription and some content may be excluded from viewing in the Horizon Go app.
As part of the Download for Offline Viewing service available in some markets you may be required to register your preferred viewing devices. If this is required a message will appear on screen and all you have to do is follow the simple instructions.
This app is free of charge. To be able to use this app with all its functionalities, you will need a qualifying TV (or TV and Broadband) subscription from one of the following Cable TV operators:

3 ★ Please add support for android TV - Google Chromecast TV.
1 ★ Worked on my previous phone. Now on LG V30+ Android 9, there is audio but no video at all just a blank black rectangle both in portrait and in landscape fullscreen mode.
3 ★ The app says I'm not on UPC network and I can't watch a few TV channels which I'm subscribed to. I'm just not using a UPC provided router, that's all. Please fix the app so it uses a more reliable mean of detecting UPC network.
1 ★ Have to lower the review to 1 star (from 2). TV schedule never works properly and it is annoying as it is impossible to use the archive.
1 ★ What's the reason for not allowing certain channels to be casted on Chromecast? DTX for example is not working.
2 ★ Why do Replay and live play drop frames? It is like it is supposed to play at 60fps but it drops to 40fps. Frame drops is really obvious

1 ★ Pay monthly subscription but can't watch in UK. Said "this program is not available outside the europe" Where is UK mainland now ? on the moon ? i pay for watch not for your f ..g rubbish restriction.

1 ★ Cmon now, it's 2021. Why is there no android TV version? Even your competitors T-Mobile TV Go have that, I can even remote into my damn PC, so why not use the app directly for god's sake.

1 ★ So bad.. Always looses connection and tells me I have no working internet connection. Getting so many errors while watching. Reloads for no reasonable reason.. I really don't understand why it's that hard to code a simple streaming app..
1 ★ If I try to use via wifi it does not work at all. It takes a long time to ask for country (min 5 mins), then ask for user n/pw and freezes and nothing happens. If I do the same with using mobile data it works in some moments but it has a huge streaming costs. So please do it working with wifi correctly as it worked for a long time. (I tried on different mobiles and do the same.)
3 ★ Does not play since an update
1 ★ I am usually not one to write a review that's just ripping on the product but I'm going to make an exception because this app sucks so bad. The ui is awful. It's pretty hard to navigate to begin with but combined with the fact that it doesn't even work like 90% of the time it makes it one of the worst experiences i ever had with an app. And on top of that it also keeps throwing up error messages saying the service is not available. I hope it gets better, when it does i'll change my review.
