1 ★ No longer tracks my cycles and doesn't tell me when it's done most of the time. It's been over a month since these problems started and I keep hoping for an update that will fix it. Honestly being reminded that the laundry is done and when to clean it were the big selling points for me. And yes, it's connected to the internet. Also, it won't let me remove the softener and detergent reminders that I never set up to begin with. Which isn't an issue in grand scheme of things, but it's annoying.

1 ★ Useless for washer and dryer. There is no reason to have remote start if you have to go to the unit and turn it on from the display EVERY TIME. The app keeps bugging me to make updates that are not applicable to my product. I have no idea what the keep fresh option is, I haven't been able to figure out how to turn it on or what it is. Can't customize load options, have to use the presets and you can't change them. I'm really happy with the appliances but not with the functionality of the app.

1 ★ LG refrigerator App will not connect my brand new refrigerator to my wifi. my wifi connection is excellent but the fridge won't connect. I've followed all steps. Reset fridge. I've contacted support and still won't connect! very frustrating and useless if the app don't work. Please fix your bugs so consumers can actually use all things offered! EDIT: LG REPLIES BUT DOESN'T TELL ME HOW TO CONNECT OR FIX THE ISSUE.

1 ★ Terrible app. We bought our LG "smart" oven at a major national retailer. Well I scanned the oven has all the Thinq/smart diagnostic stickers, plus the light up indicators on the touch screen. I opened the app scanned the QR which says this device not supported. The oven has all the Thinq/smart diagnostic stickers/indicator lights that imply this app should work. The app tells me to manually connect the Wi-Fi in settings. There is no setting for Wi-Fi... won't connect to oven.

2 ★ Not very helpful for washer or dryer. As other reviews mention, you can check status and get notified of completion, but there is no way to add more time to the dryer even if you do it right away. And every time you turn on these appliances, you have to activate the remote start if you want to start that cycle remotely. It would be far more helpful if the remote start stayed on until you turn it off, and if you could add some drying time after a cycle, remotely.

2 ★ I use the app for my (2) LG mini split air conditioning system. Why is there not an option when scheduling on/off to also program the temperature as well as which function I want to use at certain times (low heat overnight to change temperature as well as moving to Fan/Heat as well as other functions like Ionizer and Jet Moisture removal etc. like what's in the manual and my physical remote)

1 ★ What a garbage app! This app has so many problems, what a joke! Almost won't find appliances then when it does after many attempts it won't connect. It just locks up. Then after not using the app for three months, because you can't use the app, it makes you update your password then when you update your password it seems you a verification code to make sure it's really you then locks up after you enter the pass code! This TV is my first and last LG product I'll ever buy. Apps don't suppo

1 ★ Won't connect to the server. I have gone through the setup like 10 times, and it won't connect. It gets 90% the way thought then gives me an error code of NS. Per their troubleshooting guide, it's my wifi. But I know it's not, and I can see it join my network in my router. But it can't talk to their server, I guess. Update. Lg reached out an responded to this post and told me to contact 1:1 support. Well it would be nice when I call in and request support I did not get disconnected. Don't buy LG

2 ★ Just got my brand new LG ThinQ-compatible oven installed. Installed this app and linked them up fine. I had literally cooked in my oven ONCE when this app popped up a notification that it was time to clean my oven. I tap the notification and it just takes me to the app with no other indication about a cleaning being needed. Checked care & the oven itself - no cleaning needed. Cooked again in the app a week later & it notifies me AGAIN that it is time to clean. The notification is broken.

1 ★ It's nice to have an app for more settings but what you can change on this app for the wash tower washing machine dryer combo is less than what you can change on the actual device itself. I wish LG would make a consistent experience so that way you could put the same settings on a phone as you can on the device itself. Such as on a normal load you can't turn on pre-wash or add an extra rinse on the phone but you can do it on the device. It's very clear developers don't use this device or app.

1 ★ after 3mnths of use. This app is not consistent at all. You cannot turn on any of your appliances or electronics. I have to constantly look for my magic remote, but I also suppose to just be able to use my phone. My Samsung TV does not give any problems. LG has the best quality of TVs especially the OLED series, but WOW.

1 ★ I just watched an ad for this app and laughed so hard 🤣🤣🤣 this app does literally NOTHING in that ad. In fact, this app does literally NOTHING. It doesn't even look like the screenshots. I've had it for my washer for 5 years, patiently waiting, update after update, for something to change. Now all of my downloads stop at 60%. Some other app opens and tells me it's not compatible with my device (Galaxy S23 Ultra). You would think a company as reputable as LG would have a functioning app.

1 ★ Can't add brand new washer and dryer. It doesn't work, can't find them. Says it can take a few minutes, waited for more than 10. Tried a few more times. Restarted the app. Unplugged the dryer and plugged it back in. Other reviews on here seem to have the same issue and LG keeps responding with "oh no!". It's great that they actually respond, but how about actually fixing your products. I'm also willing to accept this may be user error, but I followed the instructions exactly.

2 ★ Everything works pretty good except for the one thing I want this for. Mirror Casting. I did get the app to do it. It mirror's my screen perfectly. The problem is when I use Chrome the video plays but I get no sound. Edit: Come on guys it's been a year now. This should have been fixed by now. When I'm casting video from the Chrome browser I don't get any Sound!!

1 ★ App has bugs and doesn't work. I've followed the app prompts to add my TV and even watched online tutorials and consulted online assitance; all to no avail. The PIN that links the TV to the app never works, the one time it did, it said I completed the setup process, but the TV was not connected. The app said no devices were connected. I even updated and restarted my phone and the TV, nothing helped.
