3 ★ Collection is good, price is reasonable too. But, there's sizing issue. Also, please make your returns/refunds faster! N should introduce *exchange* option for size issues
1 ★ Wow, Koovs strikes again with a pathetic campaign again. They sell products at more than 50% offer but they either don't mention it's non returnable or mention it in a really tiny font no can notice. They sell you cheap and lesser quality products and they'll come up with a reason saying it's not returnable. Disgusting way to fool your customers. Please give up
1 ★ One of the worst platform i have ever come across. The compliance system and the customer care is under the water. It is a amateur platform run by unprofessional team. Refund is pending from last 2 months
