Koogeek Life 1.0.6 APK requires following permissions:

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to enter Wi-Fi Multicast mode.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows access to the vibrator.

1 ★ Hard to navigate. Camera doesn't capture all activity. No response from customer support after several attempts to contact. Total waste of money.

3 ★ Connected easily but app could be better No problems setting up each plug and works well switching on and off. Each plug is programmable but not as easy to use as hive. The biggest downside is the app does not show if a plug is on or off from the homescreen so need to go into each one. Would be nice if the colour changed of the icon and there was a quick on/off from here. If the app is improved then would give more stars but in the end it works and useful when we have forgotten to turn on/off.

1 ★ Don't waste your money on these devices. The app is temperamental at best. The app has to be constantly running on your phone to work with schedules, which is not ideal. Cannot sync Alexa with the smart home skill. Keeps on telling me to create an account when I have already done so. Will be returning these to Amazon and I cannot believe they are selling this rubbish. Wi-Fi is poor. Seems like this company is using us as beta testers.

2 ★ Pretty much useless if you have a router that's been built in the last few years. Just refuses to connect to anything. Even 2.4ghs networks, if the router has 5ghz capabilities. Essentially can't use it, as even the ISP provides router isn't compatible. Reddit: even after buying 2.4ghz retort radiosity for this, testing it all and ensuring it works, today I needed urgently to power toggle my switch from overseas. I open the app, and it's forgotten who I am. Useless.

5 ★ Works flawless for now !! Works well with Google Home and sceens are ok for now. in future need to implement cycles like every 10 min...half out....every our.... this would be sky rocket... Little confusing about connecting to Smart Life, instead Koogeek life connector fo GHome. And thanks for answering users in comments to help and improve. Will buy definitely more product from KooGeek.

1 ★ Initially the app installed and operated correctly and connected to Amazon Alexa properly. Suddenly the app notifications and icons stopped appearing on my LG G6 phone so I'm not notified of door status. Alexa still reports the correct status so the problem appears to be with the app. I removed and reinstalled the app but the problem remains. Multiple attempts to obtain support from Koogeek have gone unanswered. 1 star for no Koogeek support. Need to find better vendor and equipment.

1 ★ Send back your devices before unpacking them. Apparently my device has never been made, will not recognise BT as a broadband provider, will not allow me to connect to 2.4ghz router because it is 5ghz capable(Although it is off). So basically a complete con to get you to buy a useless piece of plastic. Really not impressed.

4 ★ Has to be more than 30 alarm. It's working good. But on 7 connections (4 + 3 usb) have only totally 30 alarm. This quantities are not enough for my automation System. For example, I need to start my Water Pump 10 minutes in each hour. So just this variation takes a lot of alarm. So is it possible to improve alarm quantities?

1 ★ Door sensors just will not connect. At all. Tried two different ones, spent way too much time on it. They're going back to Amazon. I'll just get something else.

5 ★ Works with other brands of smart plug and extension leads so it's easy to control everything in one place.

3 ★ Works well but could be better app. would like some sort of visual notification when you have a message in the message centre. also took a while to get it working in Google assistant. It is actually listed under Smart Life and not Koogeek life.

3 ★ Finally figured out that you have to connect to the Smart Home app to connect in Google assistant, now it's working. Definitely needs usability improvement, and you shouldn't have multiple apps for the same product family, but at least it mostly works.

1 ★ not for best looking interface. there is no notification on the app or any feature to show that a smart plug is on from the home page. also the consumption page is very messy and could do with some improvements

1 ★ The app works well with the bulb once registered and configured bit no matter how you try it doesnt register with Android you have to borrow an apple device (apple app works really well) and install it to your account before you can use a device.

5 ★ Excellent CCTV device. Setup was very easy after I used an RJ45 cable (it wouldn't connect to BT via wifi setup), now working fine. Excellent picture quality.
