1 ★ The new update made the app like any other apps. Instead improve the choices it lost important features like cameras and radars and even the search off-line. I have uninstalled it.

1 ★ This used to be a really good app. The latest update is awful. It's very slow to load even when the map is downloaded and saved to the phone. It was possible to search UK postcodes on the old version, but entering a postcode alone now completely fails. What went wrong?

4 ★ its good to know theyve fixed the orientation when in landscape mode, I hope they fix that some areas in my map doesnt generate a direction when in offline mode.

1 ★ Application is almost useless after latest update for me. 1. No offline adress search. 2. No choice for SD card memory use.FIXED 3. Bad voice navigation and options for the same. 4. Night and day view not vorking properly anymore. 5. Multiple route choice is gone !!! 6. Some options dissapear. 6. Another big if not the biggest issue is the algorythm which is giving you very bad route to your destination. Instead to navigate me to the highway push me to go thru busy city ! Very bad experience !

1 ★ The new version is missing essential features...it does not work for me anymore... thank you for the earlier versions of the app...

1 ★ previous version was much better. and was user friendly. Android system can even recognize this version as navigation app

3 ★ Updated because it said now app could be moved to SD Card, but it's still not an option. Very unhappy with that. Liked the old app button on my phone A Lot more than the new image. Aside from that, it's a good app. UPDATE AFTER REPLY: Moving the maps was already possible. Moving the app still is not. Would have preferred not to update, as liked more the old icon... and still don't know what other unpleasant surprises the update holds (ex. ads)...

5 ★ Nokia maps became Here Maps, and it's as excellent as ever. It always had an edge over Google maps for offline maps.

1 ★ Doesn't switch to landscape mode. Since my car phone holder only holds my phone sideways, it makes this a useless app currently. Worked fine in the previous design. The redesign is less functional. Also, it is no longer recognized as a map app to use to open addresses. Used to be a good app. Ruined now. Also forces a temp reading on you. I'm in a car. I can see the damn weather. Stop blocking the map with useless data. I can't believe they messed up so badly and haven't fixed it in so long.

1 ★ What happened now after this update? Can not search any adress or destination offline. It is not "offline" anymore. It must be online to search for any destination or address. This means that without data or wifi you can't navigate. I used to like this app but not anymore. Please fix the problem. If it doesn't work offline anymore, i might as well just use google maps again. No stars for this update. I uninstalled this application.

1 ★ This used to be a great app, now it's horrible! The last update deleted all my downloaded maps, it was very lucky I discovered that coincidentally. Otherwise I could have been stuck in the middle of nowhere with no cell signal and no maps. Couldn't add my home address, either, it automatically wants to place me in the wrong state. Why did the update even have to delete my home address? I hope future updates will make this app as useful as it used to be.

2 ★ Used to have an option to save data to a SD card instead of using the phone's internal memory. Don't see that option now. Numerous attempts to install maps have failed except for the smaller file for Washington. The app removed useful features like multiple route options. I was finally able to download the maps. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

4 ★ Hi, I have a Here we go app on both my galaxy Watch 3 n my S9 phone. How do I synch them? The watch app tells me to synch to save battery. I'm not even sure it's the same app.. both are Here we go but different logos. The watch is like two arrows, one straight n one curved.

1 ★ Updated version is just terrible! So many offline features are missing. I have been using this app daily for several years for my work but I cannot after this recent update. So disappointed because it used to work much better than any other navigation app but now it's probably the worst one! Go back to what works and leave it alone

5 ★ My old HERE version has been replaced with the new which is not working at all. I've sent a detailed email about the problems I'm experiencing. Please fix those bugs asap. It use to be the Best and reliable gps app for offline use. Right now it's literally useless. Even in online mode it doesn't find the address I use to find offline with the old version.
