1 ★ My library is gone, 20,000 songs done. I have less than ten songs that come up, from what I've uploaded in the past, and I have to listen to an ad to hear them. The worst of it is that I get that my personal library might go, that's the nature of streaming these days. The songs that I paid my money to YouTube/Play Music for, to presumably own? Gone too. C'mon Google, make it make sense.

5 ★ I absolutely love YouTube music. It's very easy to use and very convenient for while I'm either on the road, at home, or at work. It also saved my personal music on my phone to it's device files, which makes it to where I can listen to all of the songs I've downloaded over the years. The subscription is definitely worth it, because it allows you to download new music to your device, and it also saves all of your liked music as well. I've been very satisfied with it all.

1 ★ Another Google Podcasts refugee. Despite the option to import my current followed podcasts, it only transferred 1 out of several. All the others I had to search for manually. The search function's not as intuitive as YouTube or Google in general. The playback audio stops in the middle of the podcast though its still playing. Downloading doesnt help. Maybe make sure the platform works correctly before forcing us to transfer from an app that worked just fine?

1 ★ New update and you cannot edit playlists. Play button for whole playlist is in the way of song options. Nov 23 this app got a lot worse. There are 3 modes of using this app, travel, play next, and normal, and it will surprise you which mode your stuck in. Press and hold is the same as the buttons your right next to holding down. Neither give you an option to select multiple songs because the app wanted to add an album instead of a song to your playlist.

3 ★ Was originally 5 stars but i changed it to 3 stars because after a few months of use the recommendations became dull and repetitive. Its almost to the point i hate my favorite songs and every other song sucks. I click start radio and songs in completely different genres come up. Under the related tab a lot of the time it just gives you songs in ur recently listened. Same with the up next tab. Same with explore tab. You get the idea. Please fix

3 ★ Overall not bad but could be a better experience I've had music through Google for many years. I enjoyed Google music and was sad to see it go to YouTube music, but the early transition was pretty good. Now unfortunately they keep trying to bring in YouTube and video content so the music content has become difficult to cast to my other devices in my house. If I wanted YouTube videos I would use the YouTube app. Stop trying to integrate them all into one.

1 ★ The transition from Google Podcasts to YT Music has been a disaster. This app is glitchy at best. It randomly plays the wrong podcasts, frequently loses my spot on podcasts, has no way to list episodes as already viewed, amongst a litany of other issues. For a company worth nearly $2T, you'd think they'd have the manpower and know-how to put together a decent app. Google needs to get there act together soon or I'm going to jump ship to a competitor. Based on recent reviews, I'm in good company.

2 ★ Literally only have this because I have YouTube premium but the app is so buggy. It won't play music or podcasts continuously if you switch to other apps or step away from the phone. The interface and recommendations are a mess. Ive been resisting Spotify because I don't want to pay for another subscription but the quality of this app is making me question if paying for Spotify will be more worth it.

5 ★ I have been with every big music app, and YouTube Music is THE BEST BY FAR! The value is just as great! Some of my favorite features are the awesome suggestions they send... I love so many of the artists I would have never known about. Quarterly & yearly I get RECAP Playlists of my most played music for that period & they are my favorite playlists! The best feature is getting fantastic videos for almost every song, either Official Video or clip from a Live Concert. BY FAR THE BEST MUSIC APP!

3 ★ I don't like how YouTube music once allowed stopping the music by simply ending it altogether. Now it only allows pausing or starting a new song. Also, it's seriously time to move up to a higher bitrate than 254. I mean cheaper Spotify uses of the 384 bitrate and it's sound difference is noticeable & $2 less per month. I will probably stay for 2024 then see if improvements with sound quality and user control. If not I will move on.

1 ★ Everything is a mess...forced to use the worst Google App, due to Google Music, now Google Podcast, and every merge into YouTube means a compromise of lost features (Sonos), as YouTube was never designed to have these functions (video). And added frustration when you use assistant or Android Auto to attempt to play a podcast, as video content is what YouTube defaults to, and that is NEVER what I want, I want music or a podcast.

3 ★ Over the past two days that I have used this app, I have experienced a regular disruption of audio playback. While listening to podcasts on 1.5x speed, after about 30 minutes of playback the audio stops. The podcast shows that it is still playing, but there is no audio. I have not found a surefire solution, but eventually I get it playing again. I also wish that new podcasts weren't put into a playlist that automatically plays all unplayed episodes.

1 ★ I migrated my podcasts I was using Google Podcasts for over to this app with the (apparently completely unreasonable) assumption that, since Podcasts was being phased out, this app had the same features. It does not. Failing to keep track of the playback timestamp in long podcast episodes is a complete dealbreaker. Apparently google doesn't care about usability, though, or what users actually want.

2 ★ Had to start using this for podcasts. Problem is, when I open the app to listen to an episode I paused earlier, it forgets where I was and starts the next episode. It's like it thinks episode 3 is done and goes right to episode 4, and when I go back to episode 3, it starts from the beginning! It's very tedious. Also episodes disappear occasionally, but they come back.

2 ★ They hide the ability to make playlists. Don't seem to be able to add albums to playlists anymore. It's like they don't want you to use this app at all, apparently. Can't seem to tell the quality of music that you're downloading, either anymore. If you can, they hid the features for reasons I can not fathom. Used to me by favorite music app and now it's probably the worst one I've ever used.
