1 ★ I dont understand what the purpose of this app is. You open it, and you can not do anything at all, no features just a UI that days visit google ads on the web. That is it. An app that is a UI that says a single message. Really? Wow.
1 ★ Absolutely horrid ad platform. Zero user friendly, take 3x your ad budget from your account with no warning, structured to jump around all over the place. If you're a billion dollar company you're not dumb to structure a platform for ADHD unless you deliberately want to profit from creating a mess. I even get other peoples gmail accounts showing up in the app w/ zero connection to the ads account. No wonder Google is most disliked company after FB. Total cri me cartel.
1 ★ Too many "suggestions" are irrelevant and would confuse customers or would not lead to improperly served ads. Dismissing inappropriate suggestions leads to them being suggest again. Other suggestions are often not relevant to my business but not accepting them keeps my score down. Accepting them misrepresents my business and violate Google policies!!!
5 ★ Unlike what other users have said here,i've found the app very user-friendly, understandable, easy to use. It helps me stay in touch with my campaign and modify it according to my needs and wants.
1 ★ Accout was suspended for suspicious activity related to payment. I raised a ticket with Google one and a half months back with a copy of the transaction and I still have my account blocked cause the payments team doesn't have time to review my case. This app and this functionality is a bad joke.
1 ★ Google is ridiculous, they suggest us to create a responsive website, they made AMP project. hey man take a look at your google ads page, I cannot create one single ads from my phone. Neither this app, it cant edit or build some ads. I even can create hundreds of responsive website directly from my phone. Thanks to the hosting company
1 ★ I can't even find my campaign I just made few days ago. This app getting worse. And Google should let us manage our CPV on app. It's one of the most important features on google ads.
1 ★ You set up an account and they will charge you without much help. Then when your campaign runs inefficiently they will not help with reimbursement or credits. Poor business tactics by Google.
1 ★ Worst app. It's not letting to add money in the app. Then why we'll use the app ? Also it's always asking to increase daily budget. It's a trap by Google to loot people. Can't expect this type of things from Google. Don't use it. Better go with facebook ads.

1 ★ 75 ad credit is a scam, don't think you'll get free 75$ at the start, u must spend a minimum first. app is also really badly designed

1 ★ App keeps closing while adding negative keywords. Also doesn't show search terms. Better to work on a pc
