1 ★ The app is now migrating to the google home app which is ludicrous. I don't want google assistant to touch my wifi network when it can't even change the song. I hope they offer integration into google home only for those who want it, otherwise quite a few of us are gonna need to find new a new brand. The integration has little reasoning behind it but I can guess the main part is for better monitoring of your wifi/network usage.

5 ★ This app is way better than using Google Home app to control the Google WiFi pucks. It's faster and more pleasing to the eye than Google Home. Google sure sucks at sticking with anything. They just make changes because someone thought it was a good idea. Then 2 years later spilt things off again. Not happy with the reliability of the Google WiFi pucks, they randomly reboot.

5 ★ Google!! Do not get of this app! You are limiting our control over our Own wifi. All members on the Google Home wifi are all in the same control level...that is crazy! This app is is exactly what we need to create schedules, turn of/on wifi access for specific devices on our network, etc. Forcing us to migrate to Home is the worst move.

1 ★ This app is BROKEN TRASH. It tells me that my wifi points are down and that it can't connect to my home network even when I'm already connected and easily getting internet through the wifi ON THE SAME DEVICE. Which is it, Google? How can my network be down yet STILL WORK? This app is the only way for me to manage my mesh points, which are all Google. I will never be buying Google wifi hardware again.

1 ★ I never had issues with my wifi until Google was involved. Since then it's been at least once a week everything drops together. It's not my ISP. It's Google. Terrible service. We've been dealing with it since December but I'm starting a return tonight.

5 ★ This mesh network solved my signal strength issues at the other end of the house and is doing what I need it to. One puck was defective out of the box but the replacement was perfect. I'd really appreciate it if all functions of this app were migrated over to the new Home app.

1 ★ STOP BUYING NEST! After 10's of hours of repeated support calls, google cannot figure out how to fix our account and all of out devices are as good as non smart home devices. Google keeps pushing us from agent to agent. Incredibly frustrating. And our last resort is to reach out to the news and file credit card disputes to get our money back on a doorbell, 4 locks, nest hub max, pixelbook, 4 minis, 3 Chromecasts. Oh, and the wifi of course...

1 ★ No longer supported. Either it hasn't been announced it I missed it. Tried to help my parents reconnect their Google wifi I dropped like $200 something in awhile back. Google home app wouldn't work. Neither would this.

1 ★ when you lose internet connectivity, the app wont even open. so the app and google wifi router are rendered useless. pretty big design flaw. will be selling my google router now, missed the refund window. what was i thinking buying google hardware, their software is halfarsed to begin with.

3 ★ 3 stars for no web UI or options for PC. With the powerful hardware in the onhub, it needs to get a web interface rather than depending on an app. I have to use bluestacks to manage this device from my pc. Create a web interface guys! Update 2021: After using OnHub as a standalone access point for quite some time its proven good at this one thing. Even with many devices active some can do 800mbps on LAN file servers. Gig fiber will be the true test in a few months. Oh& <3 OpenWrt for a router.

1 ★ So, if I am in a different room, and I ask a question to my phone, the answer goes to the Google nest speaker instead of my phone... No setting available to change that. Spent an hour with Google chat and no resolution. Bizarre. Am I supposed to carry my Google Nest device from room to room?

5 ★ The Google wifi app has been great I am very disappointed that I will be forced to integrate my wifi network into the Google home app which will allow other members of my household such as my kids to control my wifi network. I have been told I need to choose between them having voice recognition on the Google home devices and access to my wifi network settings or remove them and not have the voice recognition for their own playlists and such

1 ★ WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! I spent 2 months of pure hell trying to get it to work consistently. Frequent daily disconnects even after adding 5 access points. Worthless Google support. This product should be taken off the market. Total junk. Sick and tired of Google speakers saying, "There has been a glitch, try again later". Returned it back to BestBuy.

1 ★ 4 months later and it still sucks. It won't assign up address eo wired items. Google is a lot like Microsoft, too much power and influence and diminishing quality of product Anyone have any ideas? It was fine for about 2 years, now it's terrible. There are speed issues, connection issues. Now the app keeps telling me to install a network. Almost to the point of getting rid of it. You suck Google.

5 ★ Brilliant. Love it. Excellent job with the UI. Features can be easily setup and accessed with fewer clicks. Kids control is so simple to use and thank you for showing them on one screen to pause it on demand. The UX is really thought out and implemented. The screen with devices showing which are active with download & upload speeds is so good. Rating is for the App and not the device. Yet to fully experience the device, so far its lot better than what I had before.
