1 ★ Not sure if it's the 'smart' plugs or the app, but I can only set the date to Dec 31, 1969 7:11pm.or 6:11pm if DST is enabled. This renders the timers useless. No method to set the time manually other than "Device Time Sync with App". Timers show as the current date. I didn't know they had wifi smart plugs in 1969...So why would I want to set it to this date? Also, the devices sometimes take a minute to "log in". Other brands of smart plugs only take seconds. Something needs updating.

3 ★ Had problems setting this up to start with however after choosing the slower Network of the two networks available to me from my provider I was able to set the device up and it works fine. The instructions do not instruct you to use the Network however after researching the problem I discovered the smart sockets do not like 5G Networks.

2 ★ After you turn on the plugs, leave the application and go back the plugs don't show they are on. The timers don't work, and it doesn't stay sync with the time on the phone. Upgrades are needed for this app. I don't think this product was tested very well. I will not buy any more.

3 ★ Definitely needs some refining because it works very inconsistent. Maybe it works and maybe it wont, one never knows until you get home to see if the light has been turned on or not. It has potential though.

1 ★ I've tried everything to connect.... This app is useless... Doesn't even have a menu or help section

1 ★ Unable to sync time. Therefore it is useless for me. I am able to turn it on/off with the app. Alexa has not recognized it.

1 ★ The app and plug are total trash!!! Return it immediately!!! It will NOT connect to WiFi therefore making it completely useless!!!

1 ★ Doesn't work with Android 9 It doesn't find my router with my Android 9 phone, but does with my wife's Android 7 phone, but still doesn't connect.

1 ★ P.O.S plug , cant find my network. Will not connect on line or take the qr code on the plug. Waste of time. Stay away from. junk!
