The First Bus App is the best way to get live bus times and route information. You can save your favourite stops, routes and locations and revisit recently searched journeys. The map shows the bus stops nearby where you can see live updates to check where and when your bus is coming letting you head to your bus stop just before your bus is due.

1 ★ I recently got a new fone so had to install the app again only now it won't load or get passed the openin firstbus page. Very angry and disappointed as i can't get live updates which would be useful as busses go from being due to missing on the screens at the actual bus stops. I've tried all the advice that was given on a previous review but to no avail.
1 ★ Wow, I was forced to install this app as I wanted to find ticket prices and it said I'd have to download the app first, so I did and planned my route only for it to then try and force me to sign up first before I even know how much my journey's going to cost! No thanks, I was just trying to save myself a little time and ended up spending more time faffing around! A disgrace as a public service!
1 ★ App opens but when I try to claim a ticket gifted by my parents the app just takes me to the Google play install screen to install the app I already have open. Can't claim my ticket. Customer support refuse to help me claim my ticket. Leave me stranded and then hang up the chat in anger when I ask them to try revoking the original ticket to send me a replacement to see if it is the ticket link that is faulty. Worst app ever, even worse customer support from the company. Kids use this to get to and from school. Should be ashamed of your support group.
1 ★ Terrible app, has Portsmouth fareham and Gosport bunch together however they only sell Portsmouth tickets, the routes aren't clear which bus uses them which make buys etickets impossible for new people and now my app won't tell me what time my bus is, which is only reason I keep this app. I redoenloaded the app and now the bloddy thing won't open. Plz get some who actually knows how to build a good app or learn some note from stage choach.
1 ★ This app used to be good enough...but now it's almost usless. App will tell you times an hour or so before you want to catch bus...but then when you're walking to bus stop, change to "delay" or 20 - 30 minute later times! The sign at stop will also have different times to the app...and then the bus you were expecting to catch will turn up when expected! Whew - but stressful if trying to get somewhere on time😖
2 ★ The app is hard to navigate in terms of figuring out which ticket is the "right" one so I don't over spend. As a student, I really don't want to fork out more money than necessary, that and I wanted to check the bus schedule since I arrive 5 mins before the website says and I still miss it somehow. If I'm late to college today we all know why (:
1 ★ Used this app for years with no issue and suddenly it crashes every time I try to open it? Please fix this issue ASAP! I haven't been able to access my yearly e-ticket all week! I can't afford to keep buying rovers to get to work everyday.
2 ★ Well, no issue with the tickets section, it's fine. The tracking; the idea's actually pretty good, adding the fleet number could give an idea of what vehicle's coming as you can't always tell by seats available. Sadly, tracking is ridiculously poor with buses tracking when they please, it's less than intuitive (e.g. no services due for rest of the day = error message) & as for... ugh... search... Wish list: dark mode! While konect itself has several issues, its new app isn't one & has dark mode.
1 ★ Buy a monthly mticket every month, 4 times this month it's crashed & i've had to pay to get to work & back. 3 times today it's happened, app won't open. Tried contacting "help&support"🤣🤣🤣14day wait for them to contact me, sorry but NOT GOOD ENOUGH. No good when your stranded with no money or funds in your bank. Just walked it home in rain, over an hour&half later i'm home & absolutely raging mad😱😱😱Absolute joke😤😤😤
1 ★ Does not work. Paid £50 for a monthly ticket now the app won't even open just crashed everytime. Tried uninstalling, force stopping, my data is on and location off everything they say and nothing. Scam as I had to buy another ticket meaning I've paid twice as there is no way to prove it to drivers!! Honestly just stick to physical tickets.
1 ★ Unfortunately the application has had serious problems the last few days. Started with not displaying routes, live buses or planning your journey. After deleting & reinstalling to help fix the issue I can no longer access it (crashes everytime). I have outstanding e-tickets to use and can no longer get them.
1 ★ Bought a ticket and it wasnt even relevant to the route I was trying to take the app has all the information for the route I'm trying to take but no tickets thought it would be easier to get this app then buy the ticket now I have wasted £6 on a ticket I'm not going to use as it was declined by the bus ticket machine
1 ★ DO NOT USE, BUY A PASS ON THE BUS --- No longer works, just crashes. Bus passes now unusable, money wasted. LOADS OF FOLK HAVING SAME ISSUE. Tried reinstalling. Same nonsense. Typical, useless Worst Bus.... possibly a decent way for them hoodwink folk into having to buy tickets twice?
1 ★ The live view of the buses don't work most of the time. It never tells you when your bus won't come, which makes it tricky for people that are trying to go to work and don't know that their bus has actually been cancelled.
1 ★ What's the point? Oh yeah, I need a ticket Not used the app for ages due to kickdown and can't even get to buy a single ticket now when I need it for tomorrow. What had happened to this app, it used to be great.
