Description
DoorBird's innovative IP technology was developed in Germany and is continuously improved through regular app and hardware updates. The system works in your local network (LAN) as well as outside of your home network environment without range limitation and securely encrypted over the Internet.

5 ★ Reading most reviews with low ratings appear to be operator errors. The app works great and is easy to navigate.
1 ★ Some of the worst software I've ever used. Even the iOS app is just as clunky. Really a head scratcher because the hardware is lovely. Main issue is video feeds are so slow that folks ring doorbell multiple times. UI is dated and UX is confusing and unintuitive. We are actually replacing all our doorbirds because the software hasn't improved since at least 2018. Also the device itself runs an unpatched webserver that puts our business at risk. Get it together team.
3 ★ App is great, works well, and gets the job done. However, my grip is with the direction of the company and their overall products, particularly their video door stations which many of us utilize. DON'T be FOOLED by the nice, shiny, and esthetically pleasing designs!!! What is under the hood and inside technology QC is what counts, which has been going downhill ever since 2022 with the release of the new product line that is suppose to be better than the DS10XX series but is ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!
