Description
This app is compatible with the following models: DSP-W110, DSP-W215, DCH-S150, DCH-S160, DCH-S220, DCH-G020, DCH-Z110, DCH-Z120, DCH-Z310, DCH-Z510, DCH-107KT, DCH-T100KT, DCH-201KT, DCS-935L, DCS-5010L,DCS-5025L, DCS-935LH, DCS-8200LH and DCS-8330LH.
This app is not compatible with other D-Link Cloud cameras, routers and storage. Please refer to the mydlink Lite app for a listing of these other products.

3 ★ My cameras keep going off! When I try to update them if won't let me because it says my cameras are too old.
1 ★ After last update, the app keeps asking my location. Absolutely not, I don't want to be traced by this app. Stop asking location every time the app starts!
5 ★ Server is working again! If you know how to set it up, it's perfectly working. I have it in my guest wifi, for privacy reasons.But one thing I have to say here: You should introduce more different apps to confuse your customers more!
3 ★ it's good when it works! I can get the alarm on the front door to alert me with sound but can't get the back door to sound alert me when the door is opened & closed. I've tried pretty much everything because I have it installed so I can keep my mom as safe as possible, she has alzheimer's & gets up in the night.i really need the back door to give me a sound alert! any advice would be great thank you
2 ★ My motion sensor works but it won't respect the schedule settings and throws alerts at me all day even though I have clearly told it to only operate at night. What's the deal with that!?
1 ★ Constant problems every time I have to use this app to set up / re-configure a device. I just dread it. Spent hours trying to get my WiFi water sensor to complete setup when I bought it, and now that my wifi credentials have changed, I'm stuck again on re-configuration. Updated to the latest version of the app hoping that they have invested in stability improvements, but it's even worse. App will not even list any wifi networks for me to connect to. No telephone support either (email only). I'm a very capable user (IT professional) and I'm confident in saying that these are 100% app problems and NEED to be addressed. It's a shame when a company produces a great hardware product accompanied by garbage software that makes it unusable. Not a happy customer.
2 ★ I am only using this app to control the DCH-S220 Siren. The only "Duration" options are 3-sec, 10-sec, 30-sec, 1-minute, and Infinite Loop. Why the jump from only 1-minute to infinity? Why not a 5-minute setting? Why not let the user choose a custom duration (of any user specified length)? Also, the app is buggy and why does it need (and force) "Contact" permissions? Unrelated to the app, there needs to be more IFTTT control for the siren (such as being able to control the Volume and Duration via IFTTT.
1 ★ This app supposedly allows to monitor energy use but it seems to be completely unusable. It does not allow to check, for eg, the previous day exact energy use. The month accumulation feature allows to select the start of the period but the app does not respect that selection. To very little functionally and even so it's mostly broken. I bought this socket to monitor energy but it the end it works only for remote control. And that is after a challenging pairing procedure, with several attempts. Too many. I'm tired.
1 ★ Same problem as "S AK". I go through the wizard and am unable to save the device on the dashboard. I called DLink and was hungup on after waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer.
2 ★ NOW DLInK IS STOPPING FIRMWARE AND SUPPORT FOR SOME OF THERI HARDWARE....stay away far away! One time dlink was cutting edge, they had cool stuff I had everything dlink sold. Now they are stale with no new ideas and most wont work with google home.alexa or siri there is no sense and upgrading any of it. I am now down to 1 water sensor and soon that will be replaced. R.I.P. Dlink its been a slice.
1 ★ A lot of bugs, support does not answer or care. I own a lot of products for this app and invested a lot of money in this system. Don't make the same mistakes.
1 ★ Slow, hangs and doesn't always connect. I've tried different wifi's and resetting the plug but it consistently fails to work. If you press on any of the buttons on the app usually nothing happens, if you're patient, after 5 min of pressing (waiting and pressing again) it may work but don't keep your hopes up. It worked fine when I first got the plug but there must have been an update along the way and since then it's become unusable
1 ★ Bought 5 of these things when they first came out and have had nothing but trouble since... Every time the power goes out I have to re-install them which is not a easy process... I finally get one to work so I unplug it to get it where I want it and it wont reconnect... I'm done. I wasted a couple of hundred dollars on these things and I am gong to quit trying. These were 25 - 30 dollars each back then, not you can buy Chinese ones for about 7-8 dollars on Amazon, they work great and always reset without going thru hell. Done with D-Link products!
1 ★ No idea why an app like this would require access to camera, location, storage and contacts. I finally realised this as I checked my phone's battery usage and it has been draining 10% of my battery for idle usage. This is highly suspicious. I would have uninstalled if I don't have to control my plug at home, I would recommend users to disable those access while they use.
1 ★ Every other update seems to break my ability to view my cameras.... subsequently fixed by the next. I'm in the middle of a broken cycle right now... app crashes as soon as I view a camera (but my motion sensor stills works)! Hopefully nobody robs my house between now and the next time a working version of the app is released!
