1 ★ GCT my favorite NYC building / destination. It took several minutes to download GCT app, then refuses to open on HTC DNA phone. Nothing but a black screen. Tried several times, and got the same response. Forget it. Uninstall.
1 ★ Great start to the app but everything from the connectivity to the interface is slow or unresponsive. The web service can't handle the load and the data is all online. Even the interface is horribly slow to operate and is buggy after you add favorites. Needs a local database for offline use and major speed improvements.
1 ★ App comes in handy when it works. I had no issues with my galaxy s3 phone however it will not load on my galaxy s5 now. I just get a black screen. It's ashame since I found the app very handy.
1 ★ Looks good but doesn't work. Rarely loads, frequently tells me there are no trains to my stop, during rush hour and generally does not give me information needed. Uninstalling.
1 ★ I've installed this on two separate occasions now, and still cannot get schedule information. The to-and-from station buttons simply do not respond to touch. What gives?
1 ★ Won't load train schedules. Times out and said internet connection required. EVEN THOUGH IT IS CONNECTED DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
1 ★ How about focus on making a functional UI instead of showing restaurants. Pretty much on par with my expectations of metro north in general....totally useless. If you're the CTO (or whatever title your buddies on the board gave you) and you're reading this...fire yourself.
1 ★ The app does not open. Uninstalled and re-installed but same problem. Would be better if app makers test the software before promoting it. Do NOT recommend!!
1 ★ Slow loading. Aesthetically pleasing but dysfunctional interface. With commuters, speed and functionality should be the focus. It clearly is not here.
1 ★ MTA should concentrate on improving rail service which also does not function properly. I would not recommend installing as it's not worth it...and this is a free app.
1 ★ After the pretty initial screen, "loading..." I got a black screen that never went away... I can't see how it can average over 2 stars.

1 ★ This was a slow, buggy app when it worked. Now it doesn't work at all. Can't MetroNorth just put out a simple bloody train-schedule application already?
4 ★ I'd like to be able to view my current trip. As soon as the train I'm on leaves, I can't go back to the trip to see which track my transfer is. Overall beautiful app, albeit a little slow.
4 ★ Stopped working yesterday(11/01/13)...does not load trains... Very annoying...
