To make it work you have to be activated with your operator the ability to make calls in secret, if you do not have you can call and you activate it, the application only automates a service offered by operators, if not it have activated is not the application.Thank you!

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
