2 ★ I'm sorry to give such a low rating but it's unreliability for staying connected at times has pushed me too far. Generally we love the camera and app, it's easy to use and works very well... When it works. We can go days even a week with no issue but tonight while trying to keep an eye on my child while they're in the crib and I'm outside the room, it just kept spinning and trying to connect which is useless to me. It may not always do it but it seems like it always does when I need it most.

1 ★ On several occasions the camera has failed to notify my phone that my child was crying - It didn't even pick up on noisy environment. I am absolutely fed up. Now I have to spend another fortune on a different sound monitor because this is just useless. The live video takes forever to load so every time you open the app you have to stare at an image from 5 hours ago for 30 seconds. Not helpful when you're trying to monitor your baby.

1 ★ Look elsewhere. My timeline has stopped working completely and my live feed is buggy at the best of times. I've reached out to technical support and was told that it's a hardware issue however they are unable to provide a replacement because it's our of their warranty. My camera is barely 2 years old. For nearly $200.00 you can find a better quality camera elsewhere.

2 ★ Since the recent update, the standby feature has been buggy. I set the camera to standby after my child wakes up. When we put my child to bed and go to take the camera off standby, the settings show the camera is already off standby BUT there is no video feed. Neither my wife or myself took the camera off standby. The main section of the app says to take the camera off standby but the settings show the camera is off standby. Reconnecting & resetting do not fix it. Please advise.

3 ★ Recent update has broke the background play so it's use as a baby monitor is vastly reduced. This compounded by the fact this update has been out several weeks and lollipop are aware highlights their lack of concern (they acknowledge the issue on IOS but if you are an android user you don't have a fix) lollipop looks pretty but the app is poor, lack of HD, constantly losing wifi connection (don't get me started on how poor this is) "live by cloud" and the broken update, my advice don't buy

1 ★ The camera quality was high, and the design of the hardware is great. However, the device was impossible to use with a sound machine since it has no house cancellation like Nest. Also the UX of the app is clearly designed by engineers rather than designers. It's very practical but not pleasant to use

1 ★ This app is absolute trash. Unreliable, buggy and overall useless. It disconnects randomly and at this point is disconnected more than it's connected. Get yourself another brand. This is the second time I've written this review, I believe the first was removed somehow. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT NOT MADE BY THIS COMPANY.

5 ★ They fixed the error I reported and now I'm very happy with the app! Thank you so much! 🤗

3 ★ Loading video when opening the app is always slow (5-10 seconds), and often fails outright. Haven't had any other issues, but this in particular is just frustrating.

3 ★ New update took away the option to play music, which I used at every nap time... Kind of annoying that there are inconsistencies with the app. Please fix these bugs and you'll get a better rating

1 ★ It's great until the live camera + audio functions freeze up, which happens about every 10 minutes. Only get this product if you want a glorified noise alert system

1 ★ Tons of software issues that they just blame on wifi connection (I have mesh router that delivers 700mbs) and then it broke after 17 months.

1 ★ Live feed doesn't really work. It's constantly frozen so the baby appears to be unmoving.

5 ★ I love this app! I am a nanny and my family uses it, and by extention I use it, for my 4 month old charge. It simplifies everything so much!! We can check in on the baby, we can play music, and we get alerts when they are crying! I have two notes that don't detract from the rating but I feel like would improve functionality. The option to bypass do not disturb, as my nanny fam and I both prefer to dnd our phones at night. And unique notification tones. Thank you so much for a great program!
