1 ★ I don't understand how such a great shop has such a bad app
1 ★ Incredibly frustrating, haven't been able to order despite multiple attempts. First, it wouldn't save my address after multiple inputs. Second, it would lose the items in my cart if I wasn't signed in, already. Third, it wouldn't let me check-out - even after inputting the credit card info, it just goes back to the checkout screen. Has anybody ever been able to order from this app?! I had such high hopes but am so disappointed, M+S.
1 ★ Lost 45 mins of my life trying to work past all the bugs in this app. Lost my cart contents, couldn't get an address to be accepted, then finally upon payment confirmation it hangs... Who knows if my order went through or not. Looks like the same comments going back 3 or 4 months. No improvement and no developer response....."this is not just an app, this a (painful) M&S app".
5 ★ M&S has a great ready to eat range, especially their range of roasted chicken cuts. Once my order was confirmed I received a SMS and my order was delivered the next day. I was surprised when the driver from Kerry Logistics called me before delivery to check whether I was available. My foodies arrived chilled and in good condition. This is truely helping me during these uncertain times we live in. (Pandemic...) Thanks M&S and Kerry Logistics! Check out soon again.
1 ★ Payment Part doesn't work. Been experiencing a problem with this for weeks. Eventually my husband got the order on his app and 1/3 of our order didn't arrive. It's Xmas Eve and now we have to go shopping for food, when we already paid for it online. Terrible service all around.
1 ★ Not even able to login. I reset my password (although I knew my previous one but since it didn't work I thought that might help), deleted, and re-install the app and it's still not working. I receive the same lame error message that my email address or my password is incorrect. My email address is the one where M&S sent the password resetting link and I double checked the password making it visible.
2 ★ App is very slow to refresh products when moving between pages, often times out when trying to add products or mark item as favourite. Products are often out of stock and stock availability can be volatile, changing between putting in basket and completing order. Overall a very frustrating experience.
1 ★ M&S provides excellent service, but this app is way below the standard. Wonder why the company can tolerate this. I've contacted the CS and we exchanged emails for 2 days, trying everything they suggested, but I still couldn't make a sucessful purchase. Very frustrating.
1 ★ Worked two or three times so far. Buggy. Difficult to register address and credit card information. Does not let you pay sometimes.
4 ★ Latest update is hugely improved. Works well, delivery arrangements r great, frozen food arrives properly cold. Would give another star if full range in shops available online.

1 ★ Not sure whether this app will work normally.... As I have downloaded this app for almost a week and it's still under maintenance.... That's long for an app to be under maintenance...
1 ★ doesn't have an upper limit on food ordering and crashes every time I try and use credit card to pay Aug-2020 update installed and now simply crashes and does not open
1 ★ Can't pay for my purchase, keep getting directed back to my basket page. App keeps hanging and stopping otherwise.
