1 ★ Guys, save your time and memory space by NOT downloading this app. Terrible app. It's too laggy and I can't even create an account. The app isn't user-friendly and doesn't provide a pleasant experience for potential customers. Please fix your app because you'll end up losing a lot of potential customers due to this faulty app.
1 ★ App is so poorly constructed. Cancellation button is not working. Live chat is not working at all. On process order for more than 1 day ni response!!!

1 ★ Our internet is totally fine, I'm able to watch HD videos while downloading but when I'm trying to browse the app, it's too slow and it's just keep on loading! I can't even update my profile info.
1 ★ Live chat gives you a different name even if you're logged in to your account. What is that? Also, it keeps saying parameter error when you proceed to checkout!Nakakaloka! Live chat not helpful, too! Worst!
3 ★ *There is no customer service available in the app via chats nor in fb chat. *No cancellation of order button available too if you wanted to cancel the order since there is no one responding in the chat. *No visible stated days on when it will be deliver, it's stated "on the process" only not knowing when it will be ship like other online app shop.

1 ★ very bad app, takes too long to load. as for the shop, not all products are worth the price and quality. steep shipping fees compared to others but still it will take more than 2 days for the product to arrive. though Lazada may not be perfect but you can find better deals there and faster shipping. even shopee is better than this o shopping. so i wouldnt recommend this to people who value their time and money
1 ★ I think this app is hacked. I placed an order, and somebody texted me that my item will be delivered the next day upon confirmation, but on the day of delivery, the support told me that it was not scheduled that day. This app is so lag. Poor support, they ended the chat even though the issue is not closed. They did not confirm if the number who texted me was theirs. They ignored my messages twice.
1 ★ Some functions are not working on the app. Not reliable and no support got from chat. Dead app it seems. Cannot be trusted as there is no product support.
