We also service South and Central America.
SwiftPac operates Monday to Friday, guarantees the lowest rates on all products and services, and promises a safe and reliable delivery of your cargo or package to the final destination.
We also offer an air charter service on demand, to any destination in the Caribbean, using a fleet of aircraft, which includes:

1 ★ This app is useless. You're basically clueless with the movements of your because nothing updates. This app makes no sense whatsoever.
1 ★ Does not correspond with what the physical people are seeing...very poor...nothing works
1 ★ App is horrendous. I've tried logging in a number of times and it always shows "Error. Something might have went wrong". The one time is actually logged in, the entire app was just a blank, white Interface.
3 ★ Unable to edit a prealert, e.g. if the shipper information was accidently wrongly entered initially. Also, there is no place to upload an invoice after the item has been delivered to Swiftpac. You would have to try under "pre-alert" and hope it is OK.
1 ★ App is a waste of time and space, don't show no real updates. Can't view any of your packages or invoices. Pure waste of energy.
1 ★ The app has too many bugs...the pre alerts don't update, always showing pending...the warehouse is stuck showing item in transit...my uploaded invoices are not shown...the app is not allowing me to sign in, I have reset my password several times and still not able to sign in
5 ★ The app is much improved from previous versions, and the user interface is much better. Makes it easy to track items. Keep up the good work team, looking forward to more improvements as time goes on! Download the SwiftPac app and try it for yourself
2 ★ The app is always outdated. Items are never under the correct description. Packages are held in Miami in error for whatever reason and customers have no ability see this and rectify using the app.
2 ★ Slow and inaccurate information regarding shipping and receiving of online orders. This is a shipping company. All they do is shipping, yet this company cannot make it so their app has updated and accurate information for customers.
5 ★ The Calculator is great for your quotes. Great for pre alerting your package and do your consolidation. Makes life a little easier to manage your shipment and you can even upload your invoices. Pretty good.
1 ★ For me to be able to use the app I have to unistall and then reinstall it. Or it just would go into and endless loop trying to re-login.
4 ★ The app is good and has a good user interface but it has bugs. It was working well, now it's stuck in a log in loop and I can't get access.
2 ★ Very often this app is stuck on the loading page and then when it loads my packages are nowhere to be seen. Customer service is also imaginary it seems.
5 ★ Works great. I was able to view my invoices and pay via the app. Very convenient
1 ★ App keeps force closing with trying to login. Tried again 27th June and still force closing
