For all other customers, mobile app calls will count toward any monthly minutes included with the Service and any minutes used in excess of those included will be billed at a rate determined by the calling plan associated with the Service.

1 ★ This app has not been updated by a developer for a while despite the continued reported issues. Do not waste your money! Freezes and Crashes Constantly - logs you out randomly.Does not show # of callers in history/ recent calls - you would have to go online and wait for it to upload while hoping you know which number you're trying to identify as the right missed caller. Little things like copy and paste on the call pad nonexistent. You have to deny the contacts app permission to help with some of the crashing, which makes it an inconvenience to quickly access or identify which client/ customer you want to contact quickly. Time stamp on missed calls are 3 hours off? Voicemails Automatically go to trash. It's not enough to have good Customer Service, which they do, they just don't have a product to back them up.
1 ★ I use this app for work and it needs some serious help. It freezes all the effing time. I spend so much time trying to get the app to work, it eats up a lot of my time. The app will actually be working and then a box will pop up saying it's not working and ask me to "wait, close app, or report a problem" it's very frustrating. Do a freaking up date and fix these problems please!
4 ★ When redialing through the add it fails, you are only successful if you type in the number again. Whenever I go to recent and click a number I wish to redial, only the area code is dialed and the call fail, please fix.... otherwise, great app. ***Update*** That issue was resolved thank you. However, whenever you send a text message, there is no way to delete them, tons of massages I cannot delete. Please Fix this Issue
2 ★ I have been using this app for over 1 year as it is connected with the business I work for. I can say this app is 50% reliable. A lot of the time I either have to force stop or restart the phone to get it to work. It freezes more times than I can think of. When I have a scheduled call I pray to God that it will connect! I am using this app on android. Not sure if it works better on iPhone. App is easy to use if it works... (Samsung s21 ultra)
2 ★ These issues are on both android and apple.. App crashes every time it opens. Have to restart it several times before it will open. Slow response in use. Texting feature does does not allow you to delete and gets a ton of spam. Texting feature notifications do not work on iPhone. Very disappointing app.
3 ★ Very spotty to see my text messages or voicemail in the app. Keep getting the dreaded spinning circle. Sometimes I don't even get notifications of a text message. Would like the option to have the system turn off the text feature and respond to a text message stating this phone number doesn't receive text messages.
2 ★ JUST FIX IT!!! Like many other users, I need to see missed and received calls in the Recent list. It only shows outgoing calls placed. The continual crashes are not acceptable! The delayed voicemail and incorrect time stamp is not acceptable either. The theory is great! But the execution has failed! JUST FIX IT!!!
2 ★ Have been using this service and app for several years. It went downhill when godaddy bought it. In the past if someone called and did not leave a message their phone caller id was recorded in the recents log. That is no longer true. I am sure I have missed a ton of business because I can't respond to missed calls like I used to. As others have mentioned it also no longer opens on the first try. I have to try at least 3 times to access the app to check message or voicemail.
1 ★ The app does not respond consistently, freezes, and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled frequently. The aforementioned results in missed calls, messages, delayed responses, and lost revenues. I am very disappointed!
1 ★ App will work for a few days but now crashes after attempting to open. Extremely inconvenient when you're trying to receive a text message for two-factor authentication purposes.
3 ★ Half the time the app won't even open and it goes through periods where it does not alert me that I've missed a call or have a text message. Since one of the new updates, I now can't make any calls from the app, which is very frustrating!
1 ★ Horrible app, and after all the bad reviews I'm surprised they haven't fixed. Can't check voicemails, totally pissed. Missing jobs and leads because of this. Update: Still a horrible app. Discontinuing service. Goodbye.
