1 ★ Installed the app on my Samsung S3 (Android 4.3) but all I get is "Unfortunately, TravelSIM has stopped"
1 ★ Used for a pacific trip including Hawaii. Was more expensive than standard Optus rates for the pacific islands. I was very disappointed that I could get no data while in Hawaii. Ultimately this product was a total waste of time. Others on the cruise were using Optus travel packs.
3 ★ I've been in Barcelona Paris and turin and had only h+ internet service useing a Samsung S7 hopefully have atleast 3G in Rome and greece .......
5 ★ Easy to use travel sim, had no issues with it
3 ★ Won't install on a Samsung s4, tried two phones with factory reset. Installs ok on a S6. Excellent customer service but was unable to find a solution. Haven't used the used app yet, so can't rate the usablilty.
1 ★ App crashes after log in, no access to app features to check account amount & top up. Very disappointed with product!!!
2 ★ It keeps telling me "Unfortunately, TravelSIM has stopped" so I cannot access the App to check balance, top-up or anything else. It was woking ok initially.

1 ★ App crashes a lot, great customer support but annoying having to contact them due to unstable app. It should work without having to log in online, basic features. When working properly it is handy to just dial a number & have it recognise the country prefix. A lot of work needed to improve usability.
1 ★ Sadly, this app won't recognise the travel SIM in my phone - despite uninstalling and reinstalling both SIM and app and contacting customer service people. I think it's probably because I have a dual SIM phone - can't see any other reason unless it's just a very poorly developed app. I have been able to use the loaded data allowance and credit via my phone's own calling app etc. However, can't use the app to call/text or check recharge/current levels of credit. So basically can't really use it for anything! I have to go to the website if I want any info (still haven't located how to check data credit level on the website!). Very un user friendly in my experience. Will be finding an alternative for my next trip. Both travel SIM and app have been a big fail and caused me some considerable stress. Don't waste your time or money with them.
1 ★ A lot of basic features are not available using the app. They link off to the website which is not even mobile friendly. The app is difficult to install - you have to manually apply all your own permissions for it to work.
2 ★ I've been overseas for 10 weeks visiting 10 countries including in Europe where I bought a data package. Never, was I able to get it to work for data in any country. A complete waste of money. Worked for calls and SMS but why bother with that when you can get a local sim for a pittance compared to Travelsim's fees?
2 ★ Okay for making calls and sending text but will not log in to my account.
1 ★ App crashes frequently. There is no settings page to allow for compatibility changes for certain devices as described in troubleshooting. Even after following all instructions to pre-activate, etc. travelsim has not worked at all overseas. Total waste of time and money, you would be better off looking at other options for international sim cards.
