Description
Our revolutionary service allows passengers to seamlessly share their journey with others going their way. Book a journey and in under a second our powerful algorithm matches you with a premium vehicle that will pick you up in about 5 minutes. ArrivaClick is a new model of on-demand transit - a tech-enabled bus that comes to the corner when and where you need it.

How does ArrivaClick work?
- ArrivaClick is an on-demand transport system that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the ArrivaClick app, input your location and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a few blocks of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide trip times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other public transport options, even with multiple pick-ups along the way.
How long will I wait?
- Our average wait time is 5 to 10 minutes and you’ll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your car in real time in the app.
- We also offer pre-scheduling! If you know when you want a vehicle, you can book a journey up to 30 days in advance! Just set your preferred pickup time and we’ll dispatch a vehicle to you at your designated time & date.
How many passengers will I share a minibus with?
The number of passengers you will share a journey varies based on capacity and your chosen destination! Our comfortable minibuses can easily accommodate 12 to 15 people.

1 ★ Did not get past the sign-up because they jumped into we need your credit card number straight away. Not enough reviews for me to trust this app. No information about costs. Here's some advice tell users before they sign how much it will cost per journey. Can't wait for other companies to come in and disrupt this sector.
3 ★ Good idea in principal, but wish they stick to pick up and drop off points for example bus pick grandson up last week near traffic lights in St Michael's Road this morning pick was by van garage further down the road both of these cause traffic delay along that road can't see why they can't pull into either aldi car park or Lime grove along there so traffic doesn't get delayed and passengers can safely board. Just a little more thought needs to be put into this service.
5 ★ This app is great what an amazing idea used my free ride today and was really good. The app its self is way better than others, uber and ola should take note. But all in all great app great idea and such a cheap way to get around especially if there is more than 4 peope wanting a taxi, plus its really really cheap. Only downside is that i live in huyton/page moss and it doesnt cover that area so will not get a chance to use this much but if expands will use allot more for sure.
5 ★ Have been using this service and app since it started and except for a couple of glitches in the sat nav for drop off points I have been very pleased with the whole experience and it has proved reliable for me. Drivers are all very helpful and polite and it costs half the amount of a taxi
1 ★ Is it possible to give half a star? you're lucky if the vehicle shows up at the right place or even drops you off at the right place, let alone how long it might take to get to you. too many problems in the app. useless.
1 ★ Sorry, doesn't work for me at all, no matter what time I chose for Monday morning it told me the seats were already taken. What's the point of this app? Then I tried to change the location to a hospital near my destination and it came up with a different message the made zero sense to me, "change drop off point to outside event route" or something like that. What "event" does it mean?
1 ★ Updated review after less than 5 minutes... 😧 Does not accept prepaid credit/debit cards at this time... 😧 Arriva knows exactly how to stick it to you... 😔 😧 Great idea, terrible solutions for payment options, FYI, government issued bus passes won't be accepted, therefore it is NOT a bus service, app stinks, Arriva stinks, I think you know what you should do with this app too, that place stinks too 😂 Don't waste your time... 😧
2 ★ App ok, service not so. Left stranded with pre-booked travel. No warning. Text 3 mins after my 30 min window had opened.
4 ★ Good easy to use interface reactive and not too many diverts but needs more on the information page to explain the full list of services in your area
5 ★ Sometimes there are no pickups available but on the whole this app is great and wayyyy cheaper than a taxi!!!

1 ★ Did not complete my sign up as it wanted my name, email, telephone number and card details straight away. I'd like to know some examples of the costs of journeys before handing all this information over.
3 ★ I got a promo code yesterday i entered it but did not work. I tried to call costumer service but they had no clue about it at all. So dont know how could I use or promote it without it.
