To adhere to Google Play policy, added:
- Green arrow below tapped dart category buttons.
- A darts settings category title label showing selected cat.
- All parts now display in list, greyed out and 'locked' if not owned.
- A pop up now displayed if part is 'not owned', or if 'already equipped'.
- At the bottom of parts list, how to get new parts from chest is displayed when only default parts are available.
- 'Profile' & 'Darts' in main menu footer, removing any UI placeholders & empty areas.
