You can choose number of vertices and you would be given a puzzle which you need to untangle.
This can be easy or challenging or very challenging

You pick a puzzle to solve, untangle gives you a puzzle to untangle and once you resolve you can try to untangle other puzzles of different number of nodes or different levels of complexity
