Cross Words is a small game I have created in my spare time to hone my programming skills. The title itself is a pun, since the game consists of a huge X(or a cross) on the screen and some words, hence the name. The goal is to match the letter in the middle of the screen to whatever word contains it, as long as the letter's position has not been filled in that word(if the letter is white). The game is a race against the clock to get the highest score possible and as the score increases, the time bonus that you get for every letter decreases. At first it doesn't look like much, but it can get a bit addictive.
