Pronunciation is an important element in the acquisition of a foreign language. A possible way to improve pronunciation is by training the speaker’s ability to perceive different sounds in the target language, what is called perceptual training. Among the different possibilities for such a training, there is the stress perceptual training, in which native speakers produce words which must have their stressed syllables assigned by the participants of the training. Based on this technique, this app is a game which aims to help communication in English through the improvement of pronunciation.
