ARGOS UX Robot is a software that turns user devices such as phones and PCs into robots that monitor for your service performance.
UX Robot is a piece of software that turns consumer devices such as Smartphones, Tablets, and PCs into ROBOTs once installed in them. You can fully control the ROBOTs and make them go online live and “use” any online services via WEB browsers or Apps like humans do. Unlike humans, ARGOS UX ROBOTs collect service-performance related data every time they gain access. Later, businesses can use them to make some important decisions regarding the improvement of their services and customer satisfaction.
Saves Costs, Eliminates Human Noise/Errors, and Reduces Management Stress.
While it is not yet possible for our clients to extricate all the tests from human hands, we have observed large portions of the release test being assigned to ARGOS UX ROBOTs. Not only has this resulted in significant cost savings, but it has also reduced human noise and errors from the operation of the test and, thus, a considerable amount of management stress.
