Receive alarms and notifications in real-time directly on your iPhone/Android/Windows Phone/Blackberry. Works with various IT monitoring, manufacturing control, facility management and many other enterprise systems (requires installation of Enterprise Alert® server).
1. Receive all your critical alerts while you are not at your desk
2. See at once which incidents are critical and which are not
3. All important incident information at a single glance instead of receiving fragments via text
4. Uses smartphone push for real-time and cost efficient notification of critical incidents
5. Conveniently acknowledge alerts and incident assignments by single soft key touch
6. Submit update information to your backend system, e.g. on your work progress
7. Remedy problems by launching IT automation jobs from your smartphone
8. View and track all alerts submitted to your team
9. Raise new incidents and alarms without delay and directly on-site
10. Enterprise-class data security (data transmission encryption, password and PIN protection)
