In addition to this personal development book, he has completed a free e-mail course (about 68 lessons) which considerably enriches the book in question.
After the launch of this free course we found that it allowed at the same time to initiate the layman to personal development without having to engage in a course fee.
In this way, anyone can discover the spirit of the process and begin to practice these techniques of personal realization.
