A special two-night Glyndebourne break offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a Gourmet four-course dinner in the AA 2 Rosette restaurant alternating with a night at the opera.
David Stott and Clive James have been in the restaurant business for over thirty years and were pioneers in the late 70's for introducing the "Fixed Price" menu to the Brighton dining out scene. Their philosophy remains the same today, offering fresh local ingredients prepared with style and affection and served in comfortable surrounding with personal service at an affordable all inclusive price.
