CIVAS(Collabera Integrated Value Added Services) app is designed for its clients to search the qualified professionals in simple and convenient way. The app gives an option to search the talent pool by Skills, location and also gives the option to refine the search by appropriate filters and get the best professionals on to the board.
It includes the listed features
• Separate Logins for each Client.
• Search the Job Seekers by Skills and Locations.
• Refine the Search by adding more filters.
• Can internally review, analyse, shortlist or reject the profiles before sending to the client
• Option to communicate the shortlisted profiles via Call and Email
• Notifications to the clients and internal quality screening department of shortlisted profiles.
• Maintain the archive of the profiles shortlisted and option to remove the same, whenever required.
• Track and go through of the profiles with ease on the mobile app which result in reduce of the operations time.
It establishes the bridge to demand-supply gap of professionals. A fun new way to discover amazing new profiles and screening them.
