BSTmonitor is a handy app to look for possible signs and symptoms of diabetes.
Blood Sugar or diabetes is a disorder of assimilation, use and storage of sugars in the body, the result of poor diet and lifestyle.

The test tool asks the user to select the sex, age, weight and height to personalize the test depending on the body type of the individual.
On this Blood Sugar Test APP , you will find out if :
- You have good sleep habits, and why it's important?
- Your body's storage system is working good?
- You are at a higher risk because of family genetics?
- Your body shows signs or symptoms of diabetes?
- Your food choices supports healthy blood sugar levels, or not ?
- Your are making your body spend enough energy per day?
- Your activity level is above average?

At the end, the test calculates your BMI, and provides advice and lifestyle changes according to your test score.
