Full Control Pullup offers the most effective Pullup & Bodyweight combination workouts you ever did! No equipment, no gym, no fixed dates or appointed times. The only thing you do need is your own body weight, a pullup bar and a strong will!
All workouts and challenges in 4 different difficulty levels, from beginner to pullup pro! No matter how much time you have: 5 minutes or 30 minutes, we have the right workouts for you!

What is the concept behind the Full Control Pullup App?
At Full Control we follow the HIIT concept. HIIT stands for "High Intensity Interval Training". In HIIT, high-intensity active phases alternate with short recovery phases. With this concept, you have in total a much more effective workout in much shorter workout units than in long workout sessions with a moderate load.
