Thank you for visiting Evolution of Bodybuilding (evolutionofbodybuilding.net)
This is a project that I have wanted to do for many years, and now finally it has been started.
I would like to thank IFBB President Dr. Rafael Santonja for giving me his 100% support and allowing me use the archives of the IFBB for this website.
As well I would like to thank Shawn Ray and Robyn Balliet and Kevin Levrone for their support right from the beginning when I was just launching the website.
I designed the site to mainly focus on the champions of the past. To me their physique is the ideal shape, small waist and perfect balance throughout. My favorite type of physique is represented by Frank Zane, Lee Labrada and Bob Paris. Not taking anything away from the current champions, but everybody has their preference. Finally Phil Heath is bringing back a certain look in the sport and hopefully he will perfect it.
As the site gained popularity, a news section has been added along with Video and a great Features section with interviews and biographies.
You can also access the site from www.evolutionofbodybuilding.com.
