Access to unlimited network with proxy on Android phones. Proxy Manager is a simple but powerful tool to let you set proxy on phones and access network with it.

No need to waste lots of time to find a working proxy and configure it by manual, this handy tool can fetch a free USA proxy and configure it in one click (just click "Fetch USA Proxy").
