The Digitalis CPD App is designed to bring simplicity and efficiency to the process of continuing professional development (CPD) for doctors and other healthcare professionals. We bring you a smartphone application that can help you quickly and easily log your learning, be it typed, dictated, photographed or captured directly from the in-app news, journals or guideline resources. However, we believe that learning shouldn’t just be logged but also easily revisited and shared. The Digitalis Medical CPD App makes this all possible, and more!
Digitalis 1.0 is a beta version and is completely free. We would be very grateful for any feedback or connections if you would like to help us develop it further to fulfil all of your needs.
These are some of the main features of Digitalis 1.0:
Add CPD – Log your Continuing Professional Development activity quickly and easily using your smartphone. Even attach photos, voice memos and URLs. You can tag it to relevant areas of the curriculum, keywords, PDPs and CPD types, not to forget recording the amount of time spent and whether or not impact factor is relevant.
My Medical CPD – Browse and search your medical CPD logs to refresh your memory, edit, update or share with friends and colleagues. Also set reminders to revisit certain logs.
Medical Reference – Take a look at today’s medical news and medical journals and add it directly to your CPD log.
Medical Links - In-app browsing of online reference resources and social media which can be added to your CPD log with just one tap.
My Medical Feed - A continuously refreshed resource of suggested news, journal articles, courses, promotions, etc for you to browse.
My Medical PDP – Record your Personal Development Plans, set reminders and even share with friends and colleagues.
Progress – Monitor your progress towards your learning targets, view a summary of your learning under areas of the curriculum and export this in PDF format.
Medical Jobs – Search for jobs in your geographic or clinical area.
Courses and Events – Search for courses and events relevant to your needs.
Settings – Enter your profile here and select your curriculum and set reminders and impact factors.
