PeakMedOnCall is your tool to connect with your PeakMed doctor on-demand for answers to your non-emergency health questions through your mobile device or computer. It's your doctor at your fingertips - now available when and where you need it.
Features
PeakMedOnCall is transforming health care by providing patients easy access to their doctors through everyday devices like smart phones and tablets. With PeakMedOnCall, you can send secure text messages to your doctor any time of day, seven days a week, so you don’t miss time at work or school—no appointment is ever needed to text with your doctor. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you can connect with your PeakMed doctor, even if you can’t get into a LifeCenter, to get answers to your questions and develop the right medical plan for you.
To gain access to PeakMedOnCall, your doctor must invite you to use the platform. If your participating provider hasn’t invited you, but you think they should, bring it up at your next appointment.
PeakMedOnCall maintains a complete, HIPAA compliant record of your online visit, which is available for you to review at your convenience.
