CimplMobile allows enterprise users to control mobile phone expenses and avoid phone bill shock. It provides visibility over the voice, text, and data usage of each user in realtime. With CimplMobile, users and organizations can better optimize their telecom expenses and enhance the management of their mobile assets.
The biggest cost driver in mobile phone usage is roaming. With CimplMobile, the user receives an alert notification when entering a roaming zone. Being aware of phone usage including roaming, the user will be able to better manage and control the monthly phone expenses. The user also receives alert notifications when exceeding any of the usage thresholds.
Key CimplMobile features:
· Usage reporting for voice, data, and text messages
· Roaming detection and user alert notification
· Email to the administrator on roaming and exceeding usage thresholds
· CimplMobile Dashboard for administrators and users
· User and group management (using the CimplMobile Portal)
· Threshold and alert management (using the CimplMobile Portal)
With CimplMobile, you can keep an eye on your mobile expenses and avoid being surprised when you receive your phone bill.
CimplMobile works across Canada with GSM carriers including Bell, Rogers, and TELUS.
