• Are you a daily smoker, UK-based, aged 18+, and looking to stop smoking in the next 2 weeks?
• Join our study of different quit aids as part of BupaQuit that offers evidence-based 4-week quit programme.

Visit bupaquit.bupa.com for study information before you decide to take part and use the App.
Before we release BupaQuit to the wider public, the effectiveness of different tools and support that could be available through BupaQuit is now being tested in a study run by University College London and Bupa. We invite all UK-based, adult smokers who would like to start a serious quit attempt within 2 weeks of App download and try using the App tools that we are testing.
BupaQuit App is only available to persons interested to take part in the research. When you join the study you will be randomly assigned by a computer to one of the versions of the BupaQuit App.
The study has been approved by UCL Ethics Research Committee (6162/002). All data is collected and processed in accordance with Data Protection Act (1998).

BupaQuit and the features tested in this study have been developed by Bupa Digital team with expert advice from University College London specialist in quitting smoking and digital interventions.
BupaQuit has been designed to get you through a serious quit attempt and stay smoke-free in the crucial 28 days from your QuitDate – if you get this far your chances of staying smoke free increase greatly.
Example features include:
1. Setting up a Quit Date
2. Support for 28 days after your Quit Date
3. Tools to monitor your progress and craving levels
4. Savings calculator
