BStats provides monitoring of outgoing Call & SMS stats in a small (1x1) widget. There is a widget
showing (remaining) call minutes only, and a second widget also showing (remaining) SMS.

Settings are provided for monthly plan, renewal day, call billing increment (60/60 or 1/1),
count up/down, warning treshold and manual correction.
SMS can be counted as call time. You may have to calculate the seconds per SMS yourself from
the costs charged by your provider.

The widget is updated immediately after a call, but updating the SMS stat requires the SMS log to
exist until the OS performs an update (typ. each half hour).
Opening the app (by a tap on the widget) updates both, and shows the call and sms logs.

BStats does not run in the background and is very low on resources and battery consumption.
Note: as a consequence the widget tap may not work for some time after long device sleep.

IMPORTANT PERMISSIONS

READ_PHONE_STATE: let BStats update the widget immediately after a call
READ_CALL_LOG: let BStats update the widget and call log
READ_SMS: let BStats update the widget and SMS log

Under Android 6.0+ BStats will ask to grant these permissions.
