Bosbis is Indonesia's largest online bus ticketing site with more than 800 routes serving more than 190 cities in Indonesia. Indonesia is notoriously known to be difficult to travel for foreigners by bus from one city to another city. Bosbis is attempting to make the whole process much easier.
Our app is very easy to use to search and buy bus tickets. After you have made purchase, you will receive your E-Ticket in your email and you can show this at the boarding point to board your bus.

FAQ :
1. I am searching for a route but it does not exist?
There are thousands of bus operators in Indonesia and we are trying our best everyday to keep signing up bus operators to join with Bosbis. Please check back regularly.
2. Will the seat i have booked be the same when i board the bus?
Generally and in most cases it will be the same. However, operator may re-assign you to a different seat due to operational reasons.
3. Why i can only book bus tickets at the latest 2 days prior to departure date?
We currently only accept ticket purchases done at the latest 2 days prior to departure date.
4. How do i pay for the tickets?
- Bank transfer to our account at BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI or CIMB Niaga
- Credit Card
- ATM Bersama (Virtual Account)
- Mandiri Clickpay
- Alfamart Group (Alfa Mart, Alfa Midi, Alfa Express, Lawson and Dandan)
- BCA Klikpay, BRI E-Pay and Doku Wallet (coming soon)
5. Is it safe to purchase tickets using my credit card ?
We are using SSL encryption and 3D Secure Technology for fraud protection to ensure all online transactions in our app / web are safe and secure.
