Known limitations:
- Firmware upgrade issue sometimes causing app to freeze (restart app and retry)
- Multiple locks not supported
- Manual procedure to remove user account
- Manual procedure to unregister for services
- Removal of lock in app requires subsequent manual factory reset of the physical lock
- Lock information not backed up
