This app is designed for junior registrars who can comfortably do simple laparoscopic operations and are trying to improve their skills to perform advanced laparoscopic surgery.
Resection and anastomosis forms basis of many surgical procedures in different specialties including GI surgery and urology. Resection is relatively straightforward for many surgeons and many anastomosis can be done with the help of staplers. There are sitations where staplers have their limitations and ability to perform laparoscopicsuturing can be a deciding factor between laparoscopic completion of procedure and conversion.
