Some of you know it is hard, change is hard. It is hard because of the habit. A conditioning. Each a mind-set that you can re-write with the correct tools. It exists in all of us. It is important for you to believe that you are the one that decides – today is the day. I am the one alongside you each step of the way – to carry you through your doubt, to create your friendly plan, to watch you grow and to wave your flag as you exploit your peak potential. This euphoric bliss awaits you, living the friendly life.

I have developed ‘Living the Friendly Life’ concept where it is impossible to fail. It is a matrix where you will achieve growth, health and balance but most important – you will sustain it.

On our free initial meeting, I will guide and facilitate you based on where you are in your life right now. From here, we will elevate you to a point of success in all areas of your mind, body and soul.

I would like to share with you the person I was, the person I am and the person I am becoming. I was your average working guy, always the underdog, never succeeding, trying all quick fixes. I learned the hard way that it all comes from within. I have done it all! I am now a reformed fit, healthy and successful person in all areas of my life. Not only does it take work and a process to get here, it takes discipline, kindness, love and a healthy attitude to maintain it.

I am here to assist you through this process. However, I do need you to be as committed as I am to your progress so we can reach your potential together. Not until you give yourself the best possible chance, can you be the best person you can be.

Balance. The golden word! We are all in different places, have different situations and schedules. I want to be the best hour of your day. It is this simple… Accept where you are at this present moment and let’s work with this. If you are not your own best friend now, you will be!

Living the friendly life is also a community-based programme. We are big on contribution. As you join our team, we take part in outdoor charity events etc. We like to spice it up and keep ******** going at all times. Don’t think you have the time? Don’t worry about it. We do online! I will check in with you and be your alter ego until we balance your time management. I am a father of three children, a transformational coach, seminar speaker, fundraiser, author and business owner. If I can execute balance, you can!
